With this package, the athlete gets all the benefits of the level 1 coaching, as well as guidance in either NUTRITION or MENTAL SKILLS TRAINING.

- Entire Level 1 Package

- Initial nutritional consult and analysis to determine areas of nutritional strengths and weakness, as well as weekly food tracking in accordance with workouts
- 8 weekly or bi-weekly consults to discuss nutritional changes required to meet performance or weight loss goals; body composition measures to ensure desired changes are occurring
- Pinnacle Nutrition for Athletes or Pinnacle Nutrition for Weight loss package plus workbook
